I, who can't get through the day without numerous breaks of tea and "something", am going to fast tomorrow.
There is a number of Christian Conservative churches meeting in Philadelphia for 40 days of fasting and prayer, asking for help from the Lord, that the moral depravity, which is taking over our country, and our economic meltdown will end.
Also, the North Central LDS Church will have prayers and fasting tomorrow that the Lord will end the drought conditions we have experienced this fall. We now haven't had rain for quite some time. We did have some rain forecasted, but it never materialized.
So tomorrow it is fasting and prayers for the end to homosexuality, abortion and the other sins destroying our land. Also, prayers that we will have a bountiful rainfall.
God be with us.

"Matthew 18: 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
God be with us.

From across the world, I agree with you for the rain and the end to abortion and homosexuality. I believe with you all, In Jesus Name.
Fasting is a wonderful way to come before the Lord. I myself am not up to this for long periods. However, even a day in fasting and prayer counts, as God looks on the earnest heart.
